Custom Orders

If you don't see what you're looking for, please inquire. Estimates on custom orders can be provided if detailed drawings are supplied. Allow longer lead time for custom items.

Warranty Information

Decormax Lighting proudly stands behind the products that we sell, and we guarantee the items you order to be free from defect for a year after your purchase date. If at any time within that year you have any problems with the operation of your item, please give contact us and we'll be more than happy to either repair or replace the defective item.

Listings and Certifications

All the products we carry are listed by the major testing laboratories ETL and CSA. Some products have an additional listing by Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

Return Policy

In the event that you receive an order from us that isn't to your satisfaction or just doesn't work for your space, we will gladly accept the return back within 30 days of the item being delivered with just a few simple steps.

The goods must be in their original cartons and have not been installed. They may be taken out of the box to view, but cannot have been installed for any reason.

You are responsible for the return freight back to us unless the items are damaged upon receiving them. In that case, please email us and we will help you in getting the item returned.

Please place any return address label over the original shipping label with no writing on the cartons. Items being returned to us need to arrive back to us in saleable condition otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.

We ask that you email us prior to returning any goods. Goods returned without notification may be delayed in getting processed and credit issued. Please email us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number so that we can process your return to us properly.

Upon inspection of the goods being returned, we will gladly refund your account less 15% restocking fees. We understand that sometimes things don't appear in person like they do online and we are happy to refund your account under these conditions. Custom and made-to-order products do not apply and are not returnable for any reason.

Damaged Merchandise

In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. Replacement glass and miscellaneous parts can often ship within a few business days in an effort to correct problems as quickly and efficiently.

We ask that all shipments be inspected upon delivery and that any damage be reported to us immediately. Claims of damage after 10 days may be subject to a restocking fee. We generally will issue an UPS call tag to pick up the damaged merchandise and will reship you a new fixture as soon as possible. Please note that we either need to charge you for the replacement (which you'll be refunded when we receive your return) or have the damaged goods in hand before we can ship out any replacements. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to Illinois addresses (qualified resellers excepted).
